Dongfeng pure electric garbage truck is a special garbage treatment and transfer operation vehicle based on Dongfeng pure electric second-class chassis, which is equipped with garbage box, garbage filler and hydraulic system, and is integrated into three parts of machinery, hydraulic (air circuit) and electrical appliances.

Working principle: the vehicle is fully sealed, self-compression, self-dumping, all the sewage in the compression process enters the sewage tank, completely solves the secondary pollution in the garbage transportation process, with the advantages of high pressure, good sealing, convenient operation and safety.

2.1 Product performance characteristics

(1) The arc-shaped box greatly increases the volume of the box and increases the aesthetic degree of the vehicle.

(2) Special cars are specially matched, which is more economical than diesel cars and has lower failure rate.

(3) The oil pump adopts the domestic well-known brand Hapres liquid oil pump, and adds a compaction valve to increase the compression density and improve the loading capacity. The loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times that of non-compressed garbage discharged at the same tonnage.

(4) The oil tank is enlarged to increase capacity and prevent hydraulic oil from overheating. All hydraulic oil must be filtered through a hydraulic oil filter before being added to the tank, effectively filtering out impurities to reduce failure rates and prevent component damage. The multi-way valve uses a Sino-foreign joint venture brand, specifically the HyPeris multi-way valve, which pairs with HyPeris cylinders for low failure rates. The system employs CAN bus control technology, featuring minimal wiring, low failure rates, and automatic fault code display for convenient maintenance.

(5) Operation automation: using photoelectric switch and time double system control, with one key unloading, with wireless remote control device, all filling and unloading operations only need one driver to operate, can be set in two modes of automatic and semi-automatic, not only reduce the labor intensity of sanitation workers, but also greatly improve the working environment.

(6) The operation system has the dual function of computer control and manual operation, which greatly guarantees and improves the utilization rate of vehicles.

(7) Flipping mechanism: optional configuration of flipping mechanism with garbage can (or bucket).

2.2 Product advantages

(1) Due to the complex structure and heavy weight of compression-type garbage trucks, reducing their self-weight and improving load utilization efficiency can lower operational costs. 2.3. Precautions:

1. When working, avoid irrelevant personnel near the vehicle, especially the rear of the vehicle.

2. The garbage should be evenly put into the filler hopper, do not concentrate on one side, so as to offset the center of gravity of the vehicle, or the garbage piled up too high at the filler hopper, affecting the filling of garbage and the uniform distribution of garbage in the garbage box.

3. When filling, attention should be paid to observation. If large pieces of non-compressible other garbage (non-household garbage) are found, the operation should be stopped in time and continue after removal to avoid damage to the working device of the vehicle. It is strictly prohibited to compress construction garbage;

4. When lifting and dropping the filler during unloading, the safety around should be confirmed and the operation should be carried out carefully. Do not lift the filler on the slope, otherwise it is easy to shift the center of gravity backward and cause rollover accident.
